New Fitness Plan

So I joined a fitness plan event from our team...

Looking forward to a better body - with more mass (muscles). This may take a while - the plan covers several months - but this is better than nothing.

Rising Again

I remember making this blog a long time ago and, for some reason, forgot to work on it any further.

Now I go back and realize that I should start over again. I had a few posts before, though I found it strange that those were nowhere to be found. Oh well.

Time to rise again!
